This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
That part of the year has finally arrived (and hasn't it arrived fast?), in only one week this monday I'll be handing in my final major project at university. A short film with a horrible title (which I'm starting to like) 'How to Impress Girls' which Lynsey - my producer and I have spent months developing and - with any luck - this week finishing.
I had never directed anything on this scale before and not at all in a few years so it was a challenge, but I really enjoyed it. I actually found writing the script as the most challenging part - I've written feature scripts in the same amount of time and this one is under ten minutes long. It's been a very cool experience - both the film and university.
The editor Aldous and I are currently in the final phase of post production. The gaffer (the guy who is pretty much in charge of electricals and the lights etc) and I did some small reshoots of various cut away shots today which included getting the actress to pour water allover the camera - ironically it started to rain a few minutes later. I also had to chase a balloon through a construction site - filmmaking...gotta love it.
Aldous only has to put the new footage in and tighten everything up. Then hopefully the musical score will be finished (created by a really talented guy called Paul Carroll) in the next few days. Then we'll get it colour graded and mix the sound and that should be it. I can't believe how fast the months have gone but seems like I've been working on this thing for years!
I've got way too much work to do on top of getting this film finished - it's not difficult work to do but it's just getting motivated to do it. But in just over a week I'll be pretty much graduated from university - I saw the final Kim Possible Graduation episode today in full for the first time today. It's fun when you can relate to a cartoon character haha.
This film was hard work but lots of fun...but I'm very glad to finally finish it!
you know..you should take a picture of Alan Robson somehow and submit it as art here! hard to do probably though, get a pic of him. J/k, but the thought was funny at the time. Yeah, so anyhow, whats up?
